But I don't think it's the console version of DA. I think it's the Gameboy Advance version, sadly. Tournament Edition is the Gameboy version of Deception I think.

Oh I love Deception too. I still play Unchained on my Vita once in a while if I'm bored.

This is finally something to get excited about again. That's for sure

I wander if Shaolin Monks is included with a special video with it never before seen, like them working on it, if SM is included. MK4 isn't that great to me so don't care for that or GameBoy stuff that will be included.

For me personally, I'm probably not purchasing this. It's just not what I wanted. I was hoping MK Gold was gonna make it and maybe Shaolin Monks.

I'm going to wait until there's a 3D era Kollection (if it ever happens).

It’s no secret that Deception is my favorite MK game of all time.

This will have the wavenet version of UMK3 though which I thought was pretty awesome… I don’t think that was ever released outside of Chicago but I might be wrong…. Only version where noob was playable.

Not been playable anywhere since 1997 on that wavenet version. About Chicago not sure on that.

Looking back, I think Deception was probably my favorite MK as well. I do remember having a lot of fun with it. I played konquest for hours upon hours completing quests and trying to find secrets. The stage death traps were all fantastic. Great final boss. There was a lot of magic in Deception they haven't really been able to recapture since.

I think once they ditched konquest and went with the cinematic story mode to tell the game's story, it went slightly downhill. MK11's Krypt really brought me back into the franchise, but then they ditched it in MK1 for the stupid invasion mode. Invasions could've been awesome if it was done konquest style, but no. They went with a lazy rail system.

I honestly hate Boon's need to have every sequel different from the previous games.

Really hope the lore book becomes a site item later or starts popping up like the Shinnok amulets from X or 11 did on ebay.

It is good that they are releasing this but won't get. Really don't care about GameBoy ones. My favorite release was Ultimate MK3. I really liked Special Forces (I own it) and I have some of the other ones. Don't have MK1 or MK2.

Looks like they kept Galaxian in but you won’t have to do 100 versus matches to unlock it thankfully

Well… despite pretty glowing reviews the fan base is pretty pissed.
Mainly because of input delay and “shitty online”
I will say that I played about 15 versus matches online in trilogy and had no problems… idk if it’s because I’m old or because I’m not a “professional” but it felt smooth… no ending cutscenes in MK4 is criminal though.
No excuse for that bullshit

I did see a lot of complaints online. No lobbies, no combo strings in movelists, laggy inputs, sound glitches, etc.

I didn't know about the missing cutscenes in MK4. Totally unacceptable.
