In a recent open Q&A session during the annual Brazil Game Show, Ed Boon revealed his thoughts about remastering older Mortal Kombat titles. Specifically, Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks.|||

"We've talked about doing remasters of some of the older games, you know Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks was one of the ones that has been asked for doing a remastered version and we’re thinking of it, ummm so, we have nothing to announce but it would be something we'd like to see."

After spending months wandering around Mortal Kombat 11's krypt mode, I would love to see another MK adventure game utilizing today's technology. I think the franchise needs something different before moving on to the next fighting installment. And if it does happen, please, please include online co-op play

Yeah we've already had plenty of re-realeases of MK2 and UMK3....It's time for Shaolin Monks HD.

Same. I installed Unchained on my Vita last year just so I could play konquest. I love running around in the different realms. I really miss that. We desperately need a new MK adventure game.

Reading your post got me thinking that (even though it's far reaching) it'd be badass if they did like an hd collection with Shaolin monks, Konquest mode from Deception and Konquest mode from Armageddon (my least favorite but still good)

Yeah my opinion would only be Shaolin Monks because it was a title game. That would be a good addition though.
