That is the actor from the movie that portrays him. The male entering the building is not Rain it has been confirmed. Glad to see Shang Tsung as DLC character, wander if he will do character changes.

Yeah, I was expecting Reptile, Shang Tsung and Mileena to be hidden characters but NRS has pulled a EA move and it's not cool.
