Warner Bros. has officially announced more planned downloadable content for Mortal Kombat X in 2016.Based on the image Ed Boon tweeted yesterday, it appears that there will be at least four more characters. Whether any of them will be guest characters is still unknown.
Ed has also tweeted an image of the moon from the Mortal Kombat (2011) version of the Pit with the word "ENCORE" added to it. If you recall from a previous news update from July, it was discovered that references to the Pit were added to a configuration file in a PC update for MKX. This is more than likely the "new environment" mentioned in the press release.

Just from the picture alone, my mind is telling me it's Baraka, Ash Williams, Rain and The Terminator but I don't think we'll get two more guest characters so if I was a betting man, I'll say Baraka, Fujin, Cyrax and Bo' Rai Cho. No matter what I'm hyped!

The character on the right seems kind of fat, so he is definetely Bo' Rai Cho... the left one seems to be Baraka... as for the other two... i think maybe Cyrax is next to master Bo... no clue for the remaining one... anyway i am very happy we will get another set of characters so i do not really care a lot who they might be...

I'm gonna say the one on the left is either Baraka or Noob. The second from the right to me looks like a cyborg. The one on the right is definitely Bo' Rai Cho. Same rolled up sleeves and collar like he has in MKX.

I forgot about that show debuting, so maybe I'm not crazy after all.
I would love to see one of his fatalities called "This Is My Boomstick!" or "Hail To The King, Baby"

My prediction: Baraka, Rain, Fujin, and Bo'Rai Cho.
The second looks to have a ponytail, and while I would prefer Li Mei, I think it's Rain. Unfortunately. Also, Ed has acknowledged that Rain has been requested a lot recently.
I'm just really excited Bo is back!

I don't think we'll see Rain. Ed has stated many times that they don't want to repeat any previous DLC characters.

I'm hoping that remains true and I'm pleasantly surprised with someone else who hopefully wasn't in MK9.
I'm looking forward to Baraka though. I wonder how they are going to make three variations out of a guy who is just blades. Ever since MKSM, I've wanted that Triple Blade Spark in a game. It would be really cool to see.

Apparently Jurassic World kharacters and Jurassic mode been hinted at. Really, its not Primal Rage.
Havik and Drahmin been hinted at but Ed Boon one or both not be roster at earlier time I believe so.
