Yeah his face doesn't seem right with me too but when I think of Cyborg's face, I think this face here:

I agree, the face looks odd, but I like the textures on it. Has a touch of realism.

If this game continues to grow throughout the years, they'll probably work on Cyborg like they've done with Jax. He went from the mustache/high top fade, to a reseding hairline/gotee, to James Evan from Good Times.
