Gamespot is reporting that Mortal Kombat (2011), released only in April, is already set to hit three million sales worldwide very soon. According to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment president Martin Tremblay, the success of the game has already covered the cost of acquiring Midway back in 2009 for $49 million.
