Canadian video game website Console Creatures had a chance to interview Mortal Kombat (2011) executive producer Shaun Himerick at this year's Microsoft X10 event in Toronto, Ontario, and he definitely had some interesting things to say."The heart, the lungs, the brain, the tongue. We can separate the model from the neck or even the jaw, so you can see the tongue flapping around. The brain can fall out."
"Hidden characters that didn't even exist. We're gonna make sure they exist now."
"You look at babalities, animalities, friendships. We're not gonna bring all those back, but I promise you we will bring at least one of those back."

In MK3 that was an animality, but in MK2 that was a fatality, so they don?t necessarily need to bring animalities back to have Liu Kang's dragon.

Not sure what hidden characters that didn't exist making sure they exist now means. Going to try using all punch buttons to see if that's a trick.

Animalities should just be considered fatalities because not all characters deserve Animalities. Babalities should never return. So that means Friendships should return just in case you are playing against someone you would not want to "kill".

If they are serious about bringing back one of the three, I highly doubt they'll bring back babalities because the creators are going for a more serious MK. So I guess animalities would make a return but not everyone needs an animality.

That part about the hidden chars. Makes me think of hornbuckle, skarlett, etc. Hope to see what they look and their stories if they are included.
