FDMK has learned from a very reliable source within Jazwares Inc. that the release of their exclusive Kintaro figure has been put on hold. Apparently, the figure is still waiting for final approval from Midway before production can begin.

The Kintaro figure is on hold right now.
Pending licensor approval.
We are having some issues with Midway right now.

Mortal Kombat fans have been longing for a Kintaro figure for quite some time. Lets hope the release of this figure is not put on hold for too long. Still no word if this figure will be an exclusive like this year's San Diego Comic Con Goro figure, or if it will be available at retail.
