Midway has released the offical
Mortal Kombat: Armageddon bio for Johnny Cage. Previous released bios have made numerous references to Johnny, implying he plays a much more important role in recent events, and this bio explains why. It appears Johnny feels he needs to take things into his own hands due to Liu Kang's death and Raiden's apparent abandonment and new ruthless attitude towards keeping the peace. The bio also talks about his visions of Shinnok and ultimate confrontation with the fallen elder god.

I see.
So Johnny Cage has become the "leader of light." As the other bios said. I just find a few things hard to believe. Such as Shinnok running away like a coward against Johnny Cage. All a sudden the Comic Relief is the super hero. And Johnny Cage becoming part psychic. Hm a bit far stretch if you asked me.

Yeah, I'm not really diggin' that part, either.
This bio was poorly written both in terms of storyline and grammar. Its making me question whether Midway are making these up on the spot. =/

I think they're paying interns to write them.

great johny cage bio that sounds like i wrote it that was terrible bio
Is the grammar that bad? Geez I can't tell...Sounds good to me >.>

It sounds like you wrote it!

Finally! Honestly, I like it, but on the other hand, I hope they don't continue along this path for Cage, destroying what made him my favorite to begin with. Unfortunatly, it his ending seems to imply that they are planning make him a more generic, serious character...oy.

Yeah, I know, I liked the funny Cage too. But, like Raiden, they are COMPLETELY changing his character, not just making him serious. That's what I don't like about these bios, they change the characters way too much. Character development my ass lol

The grammar wasn't THAT bad

It seems to me that Midway are attempting to do a bunch of twists. The most unexpected twists they can think of. Which ironically make the twists all the more obvious, hence ruining the storyline. I mean making the most comedic character the leader and also billing Raiden as the boss of the next MK game (if you haven?t even considered that then you need to re-read these bios) is just lame in my opinion. Instead of going for totally unexpected, random twists Midway should concentrate more on originality. =/

That's basically what I've been trying to say. If something ain't broke, don't fix it.
Everyone keeps talking about how lame characters are, and how they have no development and should get killed off for that reason, well, here's your character development,

Seriously guys, you suck...

Hell, I've been saying that for weeks.
Does anyone feel like Raiden may be the final boss in the next MK game?

Hehe, I know you were the one that first got me thinking like that =P
Guess you were right on the spot with that prediction. But who knows perhaps Midway will see the flaws in that storyline and drop it. *crosses fingers*
If Johnny Cage is our last hope,
then as George Carlin would say we are SOL and JWF, shit out of luck and jolly well fucked.
At least the writing was good though >_>
well it could be worse... They could make Stryker, the Elder Gods' Champion
kage iz and will always be ma fave charecter
