mk11.jpgIt's finally been konfirmed! Actor Keith David, who provided the voice for Al Simmons in the HBO animated series Todd McFarlane's Spawn, will return to once again to voice the iconic character in Mortal Kombat 11.

Mr. David made the announcement via Twitter:

It’s official! I will be the voice of #Spawn in #MK11. pic.twitter.com/dwcUJedDUV

This is great news, considering it was recently revealed that Arnold Schwarzenegger would not be providing the voice for the T-800 (Terminator).

Also, is anyone else now hoping there will be a Spawn announcer voice available at some point? I hate micro-transactions, but I'd definitely pay for that!

It'll be so nostalgic hearing him as Spawn again.
I for one would pay to have him as an announcer...that would be really badass.
God I loved that show. Too bad the second one got shelved. Can't wait to hear him as Spawn again.
