Earlier tonight, I visited a local Toys 'R' Us store, and the 7" deluxe Shao Kahn figure by Jazwares Inc. was finally in stock. Retail price was $17.99 USD.
Overall, the figure looks fairly decent. However, typical sloppy paint apps are present, which has come to be expected from Jazwares. Another issue I have with the figure is that they painted his nipples black. Why on Earth would you paint his nipples black? It doesn't even makes sense! What exactly would be the reasoning for that?

Yeah, Jazwares figures are way overpriced. They are nowhere near NECA quality, and should definitely not cost as much.
