Director of the upcoming Mortal Kombat reboot and the first Mortal Kombat: Legacy series, Kevin Tancharoen, has officially announced that season two of the popular web series is currently in the works. While no actual footage is shown, he does reveal that the storyline this time will focus primarily on the tournament. He also comically reveals every character that will be featured in the new season, as well.





And just reassure everyone, when asked via Twitter by MK Team member Alexander Barrentine if season 2 was in place of the movie or in addition to it, Tancharoen confirmed it will not affect the movie in any way.
