Syco Collectibles has just announced a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to produce high-quality collectible statues for both Mortal Kombat (2011) and previous klassic games. Products will range from posed 10" to 18" statues, as well as 1:2 scale busts. The first characters to be released are Sub-Zero and Scorpion, with many more promised for the future such as Raiden, Mileena, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Shao Khan. The company also plans to release exclusive products available only to Syco Collectibles customers.So far, prices range from about $165 up to $300, and while that may be a little steep for most, you can't deny how cool these statues are. Serious MK fans will need at least one of these bad boys on their shelf. I think I'm gonna save up for Shao Kahn!.

These are truly great, and I am anticipating Raiden. Truly quality pieces. 
Sub-Zero is my favorite of the two.

Scorpion's is a miss for me because of how odd/ overdetailed his MK9 costume is.

I gotta go with the Scorpion one...they did a badass job with it.
On a side note and maybe it's the angle of the pic but the Sub-Zero one doesn't look proportioned right almost dwarfish...his upper body looks too big for his lower body or something...maybe it's just me though.
Either way these are badass and im looking forward to seeing more!

They are fantastic!Very detailed,with different variations and accurate(in my opinion).Indeed they are expensive but they do worth every penny.

yeah I'm wondering if it is just the camera angle as well... I really hope more pictures come out soon because Sub-Zero would be the character I would want to get
